A 20% upfront payment is required to initiate work on any project, assignment, or service. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion and delivery, prior to final handover. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as outlined in our refund policy.

You are entitled to revisions for up to 2 months (60 days) from the delivery date, provided: the revisions fall within the original scope of the project as agreed upon during budgeting, and the request is based solely on feedback from your professor or academic supervisor. Additional revisions or changes outside the scope will incur extra charges.

All services (AI/ML, Development, Thesis & Research Work) are provided based on the agreed-upon scope and budget. Any additions or modifications beyond this will require a new agreement and additional payment.

Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon at the start. Delays caused by late feedback or additional requirements from the client may extend the delivery date.

You must provide clear, detailed requirements and any relevant materials (e.g., guidelines, rubrics) at the start of the project. Failure to do so may affect the outcome or timeline.

All work delivered remains the intellectual property of StudentHub until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership transfers to you for academic submission purposes only. Reselling or redistributing our work is prohibited.

We commit to keeping your project details and personal information confidential. You agree not to disclose our involvement unless required by academic integrity policies.

Refunds are only issued if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon work within the timeline due to our fault. No refunds will be provided for completed work or if you fail to provide necessary inputs.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other fails to meet obligations. In such cases, you are liable for payment of work completed up to the termination date.

StudentHub is not responsible for your academic grades, professor feedback, or misuse of delivered work. Our role is to assist, not guarantee specific outcomes.
